PanwaStore Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for PanwaStore! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before joining our program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Your website, blog, or social media channel must not contain any inappropriate or illegal content.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

• Standard commission:10% per referred sale (excluding taxes, shipping, or refunds).
• Commission is paid only on completed purchases made through your unique referral link.
• Returns, chargebacks, or canceled orders will not earn commissions.

3. Cookie Duration

• We offer a 30-day cookie window. If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale will be credited to you.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made via PayPal once your balance reaches a minimum of $50.
• Payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
• Ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote links
• Use false or misleading claims about PanwaStore products
• Run paid ads using the term "PanwaStore" or any close variation
• Offer unauthorized discounts or coupon codes
• Misrepresent your relationship with PanwaStore (you may not claim to be an employee or owner)

6. Promotion Guidelines

• You may use banners, product images, and content provided by PanwaStore.
  
• Feel free to write honest reviews, unboxing posts, or create product guides.
• You may promote via your blog, email list, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate for:

• Violation of these terms
• Inactive accounts (no referrals in 90 days)
• Suspected fraud or abuse

If your account is terminated, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

8. Brand Representation

You may represent yourself as a “PanwaStore Affiliate” or “PanwaStore Partner” — but not as an employee, brand manager, or representative.

9. Changes to Terms

PanwaStore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
